The Pearl of Primošten
Culinary Highlights
In Primosten and its surroundings, there are numerous restaurants offering Dalmatian specialties from the region, prepared with freshly caught ingredients. We especially recommend visiting the Dalmatian Ethno Village "Ethnoselo Solaris" at the Amadria Park in Sibenik. This open-air museum with its own ecological garden, flour mill, wood-fired oven, cheese-making facility, distillery, and olive oil mill provides an opportunity to experience agricultural traditions and, of course, enjoy the fresh products the region has to offer—such as: roasted meat or fish under the Peka, Soparnik (flatbread filled with Swiss chard), and Prisnac (savory and sweet cheese pies).
