When can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM for D3-2 and P2-8, and from 4:00 PM for D2-9 on the day of arrival. If the apartment is available earlier, it can be accessed sooner.
When do I have to check out?
The apartment must be checked out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

The town of Primošten is located directly on the Adriatic coast between the coastal cities of Zadar (112 km) and Split (59 km). The coastal city of Šibenik is also nearby, 25 km away.
ARRIVAL BY CAR
Take the A1 to the Sibenik exit, then follow the D33 road onto the D8 (Južna magistrala) towards Primošten. In the town center, turn right towards the old town before the gas station, then turn right again at the next junction, going under the main road and up the Ulica Rupe until you see the Primošten Resort on the left.
Construction access until the end of September 2024:
Take the A1 to the Sibenik exit, then follow the D33 road onto the D8 (Južna magistrala) towards Primošten. After entering the town, turn left onto Glavisica ul. and go uphill. At the top, turn right to reach the resort.
FROM SPLIT AIRPORT
Split Airport (Aeroport de Split) is 38 km from Primošten and can be reached by taxi or public buses.
FROM ZADAR AIRPORT
Zadar Airport is 99 km from Primošten and can be reached by taxi or public buses.
ARRIVAL BY BUS
The town has a bus stop – please check the bus schedules of the respective providers.
PARKING
During your stay, a free underground parking space in the building is available to you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
There is a toll on the highway in Croatia.
In Primošten, tourists enjoy a Mediterranean climate with warm, sunny summers and mild winters. From June to September, average temperatures range from 25-35°C, ideal for sunbathing and swimming in the crystal-clear sea. In spring and autumn, visitors can expect pleasant temperatures around 20°C, perfect for outdoor activities and exploration. Rain is rare during summer, but occasional showers can occur in spring and autumn. For sunny days and mild evenings, Primošten is an inviting destination year-round.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellation of the booking
- Up to 2 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee of the total amount
- Up to arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee of the total amount
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in the apartment.
No pets are allowed within the apartment and the pool area. We appreciate your understanding.
A parking space in the building's underground garage is available for the apartment free of charge.
Currently, there is no charging station for electric vehicles in the underground garage – please use the public charging stations in the town.
During your stay in the apartment, cleaning and waste disposal must be done by the guests themselves. Cleaning supplies, such as brooms, dustpans, or vacuum cleaners, are provided in the respective apartments.
A dedicated covered waste area is available near the entrance.
The final cleaning is included in the specified price for a minimum stay of 5 days. For shorter stays, a surcharge of €100 per stay for D3-2 and P2-8, and €200 per stay for D2-9 applies.
If an additional interim cleaning is needed, a flat rate of €100 for D3-2 and P2-8, and €200 per stay for D2-9 will be charged.
The final cleaning includes cleaning the apartment and changing items such as covers, cushions, towels, etc., for the next guests.
Not included in the final cleaning are significant soiling of the apartments by guests, damage to the furnishings, or other damage to the apartment and the property.
These repair costs will be charged separately.
All prices are exclusive of local tax.
The following prices apply:
- €1.60 per day per person
- €0.80 per child per day between 12 and 18 years
- Children up to 12 years are exempt.
In case of errors in price information, we reserve the right to make adjustments and refer to the current price lists.
Packages cannot be combined with other discounts.
Prepayment: 30% of the total amount (including local tax) upon booking
Balance payment: 70% of the total amount (including local tax) due 30 days before arrival.
If the booking is made within one month of the start of the stay, the agreed amount or a corresponding security must be paid on the same day of booking, but no later than the following day.
With the release of the new price list, all previous lists become invalid! Price changes, typographical errors, and mistakes, as well as changes in offers, are reserved.
